CSR – Customer Service Representative
The daily contact for all of our accounts. The CSR is more than a driver—he is a consultant to our customers’ business. Each route man is responsible for delivery of the product, the pickup of the dirty textiles, inventory maintenance, and ensuring the collection of monies.
Sales
To grow the business through the selling of not only the products we offer but the services our company provides that make us superior to our competition. Our sales force has two major markets to solicit to: new business just opening and existing business with a competitor. Success in either market is based on cold calling and tenacity.
Office
The office staff is responsible for customer service: answering the phones, AP/AR, specials, downloading the day’s activities from the handhelds and uploading the next day’s invoices. The office staff has a direct impact on every department and person in the company.
Production
The heart and soul of the operation. The plant employees separate, clean, finish, package and build the loads. They are on the front lines when it comes to producing quality products that our customers receive.
